Lacons Revamped: DIY Lipstick

You know those eyeshadow palettes with the crazy colors you never wear?

Well now you can, but on your lips! Try makeup’s hottest trend: liquid lipsticks! They are all the rage right now, and if you haven’t gotten a chance to test them or not sure which brand is the best to buy, try this easy DIY!

You’ll need:

• Matte liquid foundation
• Eyeshadows
• Toothpick
• Lacons (for mixing and storage)
• Coconut oil

 

 

 

 

1 . Put 1 to 2 pumps of foundation into your container.

2 . Add a very small amount of coconut oil for a more comfortable wear.

3 . Scrape from different eyeshadows to create your shade.

4 . Mix.

5. Apply with a lip brush or finger.

Tip: If matte isn’t for you, try adding a gloss on top! However, gloss will affect the longevity of the color.

If you’re looking for a more satin finish, add a little more coconut oil or Vitamin E. You could even add in essential oils to create different scents!

Experiment! Try adding pink or brown to warm up your shades.
